By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
To start your custom project, we require a 50% non‑refundable deposit.
The remaining 50% balance, along with any applicable taxes and shipping is due once your set is complete and before it ships.
Work begins only after your deposit is received, as each set is crafted specifically for you.
Please note that turnaround time can be up to one year, depending on our current workload and the complexity of your design.
Once your order details have been approved, we cannot make changes to the leather color, style, or design.
Because every piece is made to order, no cancellations, exchanges, or remakes are permitted after production begins.
This ensures we can focus fully on building your one of a kind Western Dove set.
We love it when clients share examples of colors, designs, or inspiration sets. Photos help us understand your vision, but please note, they’re used for inspiration only.
