Bailey Tuck
WPRA Barrel Racer

Bailey Tuck is the newest proud member of the Western Dove Rodeo Team. She was born and raised on California’s Central Coast, where her aspirations and dreams are unfolding before her. Bailey is a recent graduate from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo where she received a degree with honors in Agribusiness and Finance. She is currently working as a full-time accountant for a petroleum distributing company in San Luis Obispo.

Bailey has been horseback since age three. She competed in many junior rodeo associations and jackpots all of her life. She qualified for California State Finals in the High School ranks 3 years in the barrel racing and goat tying. Bailey was also a top 5 finisher in the West Coast Region all four years in the National Intercollegiate Rodeo ranks in the barrels.
Bailey’s greatest partner in crime is a 14-year-old gelding “In The Sky Bar” aka “Spy” by the great race horse “Pie In The Sky”. Bailey and Spy have been teamed up for nearly 4 years now. The two have paired together, but only after much trial and error and perseverance. Spy is not your typical barrel horse; he has a style unlike any other, but a heart of gold and a stature of steel.
Spy and Bailey have earned several accolades along the way including the 2009 CA NBHA Average Title and the 2010 Southwest BRN4D Average championship. Although her accounting career has kept her very busy during the weekdays, Bailey has been able to rodeo on the California circuit this year where she is currently in the top 5 and looking forward to her first trip to the WPRA/PRCA California Circuit finals held next January in Las Vegas. She has here goal set on NFR qualifications in the very near future.

Bailey would like to thank her family and friends who have helped support her along the way. It takes a team of great people and the grace of God to compete in this amazing sport. She is beyond excited to ride for Western Dove and wear the logo and it’s amazing gear and clothing.
