Western Dove was inspired by my great grandmother who celebrated her 100th birthday on July 3rd, 2008. Dovey Pickle is a true "Pioneer" out of McAllister, OK who moved to California with two horse crazy daughters and a whole lot of ambition. She ran her own antique store for more then 50 years and finally retired at 95. I inherited the name Dove as my middle name, and my second baby girl born on May 28th  is named  Delaney Dove Weaver.
I have rode horses and been obsessed with them since I could breath. I love everything to do with the cowgirl lifestyle from competing, to dressing up, to listening to great country music. Its from my own experiences and travels that I create the merchandise of Western Dove. I always want something different and original, and that is what I hope to bring to you. All the jewelry is designed by me and I now have Western Dove clothing too.
I have a great horse that I compete on when I can, but with two girls and a husband, sometimes my first love comes last. My oldest daughter Cassidy is a natural in the saddle and rides Red as much as she can, but she is also very involved with soccer. When Delaney gets a little bigger, I will stick her on a horse and we can all get something done.
Chad grew up in Northern Texas competing in saddle bronc riding and steer wrestling. He attended Vernon College on a rodeo scholarship and later transferred to Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX. He competes in Professional rodeo now and has had several wins across the country. He made two trips to the Texas Circuit Finals Rodeo in the steer wrestling before moving to California, and while he can't hit the road like he used to,Chad still enters when he can.
